I matched popular celebrities with what their Pokemon evolution would be and strategically seeded the content in places where both fans of the pocket monsters and pop-culture could easily find it.
The content was organically picked up by Reddit's community which allowed it to be featured by countless media outlets and shared by tens of thousands across all platforms.
