The Ask

The original ask was to help Strayer University breakthrough and maximize their media spend through smart video ad placements. We knew that in order to make them stand out againts other competitors with bigger budgets, we had to do something different.

The Solution

We partnered up with the YouTube channel Soul Pancake to develop a 4-part original branded content series that took our creative theme of ‘success’ and brought it to life. We gave ourselves the goal of sparking conversations online around the theme of ‘success’ and launching a hashtag campaign.

The Results

  • 2.6M+ total video views
  • 800K+ impressions of #StrayerSuccess hashtag in 30 days
  • Highest number of applicants in Strayer’s history during the series run in fall 2014
